As you can see the subject line of this blog, it is the slow reality about to become the truth. Why is Merle Rutledge focus on such a court case so long ago; and how does it apply to our present society. We'll I guess I'm a man with his own mind; and know how my mind developed, and know the information that my mind forces me to speak and act on its stimulus. How can Republicans and its sub divisions overturn Brown vs. Board legally. It is simple to cut and dismantle public education; while funding and maintaining its already selective private education. I will show you how Brown vs. Board is being dismantled, and than Im going to show how we all can take part in strengthening Brown vs. Board without our own ruling. The choice is simple and it is up to each and everyone of you to make that decision. In the end, the conclusion is our ambition and will to see that each and everyone has the same opportunity to pursue the same goals and reach them at heights that has long been overdue. This message is not only a challenge to our community but to the world as a whole. Never let one group make all of your decisions. It is the decisions that is happening now that will mean the most for how our future is determine. It has already been predetermine to fail, so its not hard reaching that plateau or goal. Now back to Brown vs. Board "The wake up call."
The public vs. private education. Why is it so important to us now, and not later. It is very complex; like a white collar working on loopholes for the next big scam. It is hoping for more victims day by day; especially the ones that doesnt know when its happening; at the time its happening. During public education, whether low or high income, the choice to go to public schools was at your parents discretion. When Brown vs. Board was applied it was meant for anyone to be able to go to public schools, but had no weight on whether those that did not want to attend school with others; as long as they was parental high income or consideration only of the elite, from attending school with others. It just meant well poor people should be with poor people. Your race being a factor could no longer be consider; even to increases in private school tuition in order to bar out more lower income people. High incomes is really color blind in general. They have a common goal to never trade places with those of lower income for nothing; nor share a place at that level.
After tuition had been increased to a level to insure high income way of thinking of who should be included as well as excluded. It always had to be a commitee or board that made sure their was a protocol for the necessary changes that would come with society. A way to stay compliant with federal and state guidelines while maintaining the foundation of its core principles to keep the rich richer, and the poor poorer. Our family, students, and friends in private school will have the same advancement by priviledge and not by merit. Also with patronage would insure favors upon favors that other's would not be able to maintain, and withhold from outsiders.
One thing these private schools and organizations that support them have in common. They are not reactive, but proactive in making sure mechanisms are in place to curttail any liability from their practices. They lobby year round to their representatives reminding them of the importance of their future being around their future; and never falling victim to the shortfalls of their preconceived notions.
Just like the high income does and the Republicans follows. Let the low and middle income work to make sure we stay getting bye day by day to their taxes and labor. The labor being all the profit they make on the heavy lifting of others; while they enjoy having a light foot. Now the Republicans wants to take away from the public schools by promoting private and charter schools with the assistance of federal tax dollars. Doing it all the while, under the law making provisions into policy that will better enhance already a better than public school education. Look at the protests in Wisconsin, Ohio, and the right to work states have already been ahead of the learning curve. They just decided to get theirs out the way early. Now these states of Republicans is trying to catch back up to their already wealthy counterparts that continue in the deprivations of life, liberty, and the equal pursuit of happiness. Sorry about adding the equal part, it sounds good, but it has yet to make it to that level. I say yet, because we can still make that happen.
The next is step is to start making cuts into education now, to fire good teachers, and to close down/sale schools for public purpose, but to a private entity, because of tax revenue. Its sound so familiar, because it sounds like emminent domain or urban renewal, and plenty of tax dollars and already wealthy Republican dollars at work. One less public school that takes a hard hit on the education of our youth, but also a more appealing avenue for private schools to increase membership of their very own select. It would appeal to the community in which they serve rapidly, because they would be able to make it more affordable to their own select family/friends. As they accept more students of their own choice, than they can claim to be making private schools more affordable, and being a encouraging outlet for public schools to give up their most promising gifted students. If you cant beat low income, than have low income with already exceptional gifted kids enter your schools classroom. The private school can recruit more rich and also gifted only students; in order to say they helped enough to the government satisfaction, that they gave low income; no matter other circumstances or benefits, the education. It also credits the private school with graduating another leader, and the student brainwash into forgetting that it started with a public education. The same students that end up getting elected to office or being responsible for the many areas of public service and public saftey trends. It means the laws made by them, enforced by them. Who is winning in this battle to take public school teachers hard work and give it in the hands of those that didn't even teach them how to get on the bus in the morning. This is happening now all over America. We can remember the big Republican support for charter and public schools and once again privatizing education; while using tax dollars to make it consistent with Brown vs Board of Education legally. They have to wait for the money like any group does before the study on the effects of such changes to the Education system through tax payer legislation. Once again changes to your education through your own money, while they continue to make money from those that already have a lot of money. Does this make sense? It does make sense, if it is the Republican way.
Many groups and organizations talk about the attack on the middle and lower class. This is the war, after a few battles, and the private sector has started to win. Once again it's more battles that need to be had in order to make sure we all as a whole in society win the war. Gentrification and re districting are other options that they have out of many in order to enhance and legalize their agenda. The only way to make the agenda not relevance is making their intentions aware to the public, but it is up to the same public, to be vigilant and respond. The overturning of Brown vs. Board of Education is not happening through race, but through class and income. We won the battle about race, but we are losing it based on background, ethnicity, income, and many other so called protected classes. They keep taking our roses out of concrete. We wonder why their isnt anymore roses growing out of that same set of concrete, because the rose didnt stay long enough to nuture and teach other roses how to get free. Once again it takes another rose to figure out what a rose that has been pulled accomplish. It grew out of concrete and into sunshine. It is not impossible for this to happen from which the rose had come from. It is the seeds that make it from concrete into a rose; that makes us "all" know. Take away those seeds, as fast as they planted. It will never grow again from the concrete in which it became a rose. Keep giving away our roses, than how can our seeds eventually know what is means to bloom.
